Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an accounting professional for a 6-month contract to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and produce financial reports.

You will handle full sets of accounts, bank reconciliations, and invoicing, ensuring compliance with internal controls. A Diploma in Accountancy/Finance with at least three years of relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Accountancy/Finance with at least 3 years relevant experience.
• Experience in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts and day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and management reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations, balance sheet schedules, and other account reconciliations.
• Verify and process billings, receipts and collections.
• Verify and process invoices and payments with proper documentation.
• Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
