Job summary

ERM in Singapore seeks a Financial Manager to lead the financial control environment, deliver statutory compliance and high-quality reporting across Singapore entities. You will work closely with the Country Managing Partner, SEA Finance team, GDC and Tax and Treasury to ensure policy alignment and robust controls.

With 8–10 years of multinational finance experience and a professional accounting qualification, you will drive finance transformation, balance sheet integrity and timely management

Qualifications

• Essential professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
• 8-10 years' finance experience in a multinational organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Local GAAP, statutory reporting, taxation and regulatory compliance.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and year-end close and ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain integrity of P&L, balance sheet and financial records with robust controls.
• Lead statutory, tax and group audits, liaising with auditors and authorities.
• Partner with BU Finance Director and Country Managing Partners for performance and reporting.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives and system/process improvements.
