Job summary

NETS in Singapore seeks a Finance Billing professional to manage invoicing and bill customers using SAP. You will verify figures, prepare invoices and journal entries, and handle ad-hoc charges.

The role covers month-end close support, customer account maintenance, credit notes, and responding to billing inquiries while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely payments.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accountancy.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Hands-on experience in SAP.
• Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency in responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Advanced Excel (Pivot).
• Basic knowledge in RPA, Power Automate or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and journal entries.
• Prepare other ad-hoc charges.
• Create and edit customer accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding items with stakeholders.
• Issue credit notes as required.
• Upload government e-invoices to Vendors@Gov.
• Assist with month-end close and year-end close tasks.
• Prepare refunds to customers for payout.
• Handle customers' billing-related queries.
• Assist in auditor documentation and system UAT.
