WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a finance officer to manage daily financial transactions in Singapore.

You will handle accounts payable and receivable, process payments and receipts, and ensure accuracy of supplier invoices in line with approval procedures. The role requires maintaining records in Xero, reconciling bank statements, supporting month‑end close, and assisting with intercompany transactions and audit documentation.

• Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, and receipts.
• Review supplier invoices and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with approval procedures.
• Process supplier payments, staff claims, reimbursements, and payment vouchers.
• Generate customer invoices and credit notes, and monitor collections.
• Reconcile bank accounts and investigate discrepancies where necessary.
• Maintain accurate financial records using Xero accounting software.
• Support month-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of schedules.
• Assist with intercompany transactions and audit documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and relevant departments to resolve payment and accounting issues.
• Ensure financial documents are properly filed and readily available for reference.
• Carry out other duties related to finance and accounting as required.
