Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring an Accounts Payable/Receivable specialist at the Changi Airfreight Centre. The role handles AP/AR processes, invoicing, payments, and financial statement preparation within a busy accounting team.

Location is on-site at Changi Airfreight Centre with standard working hours. Salary ranges from SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,200 per month, with probation and possible Saturday alternation after probation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting/Finance is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP) and PivotTables advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Verify the accuracy of invoices and accounting records.
• Prepare and process payments for vendors and suppliers.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain the general ledger.
• Manage fixed assets, depreciation, additions, write-offs, asset tagging, and asset counts.
