Job summary

Clarity E and C is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to manage daily accounting operations in Singapore. The role covers AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and month-end closings, with cross-functional collaboration to ensure precise financial records.

You will handle GST compliance, assist audits, and support cash flow tracking and budgeting. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with QuickBooks are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, ACCA or equivalent.
• 4 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting: AP/AR, invoicing, and payments.
• Process supplier invoices, expense claims, and receipts on schedule.
• Issue customer invoices, perform credit control, follow up on receivables.
• Perform monthly bank, vendor, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and assist month-end/year-end closings.
• Assist GST returns and statutory tax filings; support audits.
• Monitor cash balance and assist forecast/budget tracking.
