Job summary

IOI Properties (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage monthly closing, prepare financial statements, and supervise outsourced vendors. You will ensure IFRS-compliant reporting, perform variance analyses, and maintain documentation for audit readiness.

The role requires strong knowledge of IFRS, ERP systems like Yardi and IFCA, and advanced Excel. The team collaborates across departments to improve financial processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in ERP systems (Yardi, IFCA) and Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective communication and ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and schedules per SFRS, IFRS and policies.
• Manage month-end close and posting of journal entries with timely reporting.
• Perform variance analysis and review outsourced work for accuracy.
• Ensure receivables, payments and documentation comply with SOPs.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and maintain liquidity.
• Support quarterly/biannual/yearly tax returns and statutory filings.
