Job summary

VERITE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. invites a Finance Accountant to join its Finance team in Singapore. The role reports to the Finance Controller and covers the full accounting function including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets and CIP.

You will handle month-end close, prepare statements for local and group reporting, support budgeting and cash flow analysis, and assist with GST, corporate tax and audits. Yardi experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of accounting experience or more.
• Degree in Accounting or relevant professional qualifications.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or outsourced accounting is a plus.
• Yardi experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts (GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, CIP).
• Handle month-, quarter-, and year-end closings and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and local/group reporting packages.
• Support budgeting/forecasting, cash flow projections, and variance analysis.
• Assist with GST, corporate tax, audits, and liaison with auditors.
• Assist with finance systems improvements and internal controls.
• Collaborate with various functions to support ad-hoc finance projects.
