Responsibilities

• Independently manage full sets of accounts for two entities, including cash flow, A/P, G/L and inventory accounting.
• Prepare management reports, financial schedules, and analysis for management review.
• Perform monthly and year-end closings and prepare reporting schedules.
• Conduct monthly bank and account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and ensure balances are supported by documentation.
• Review invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Process payments via GIRO and bank transfers.
• Handle staff claims and petty cash reimbursements.
• Ensure timely submission of quarterly GST returns and withholding tax filings.
• Prepare draft financial statements and schedules for statutory audits.
• Liaise with external auditors and respond to audit queries.
• Maintain proper accounting records and filing.
• Prepare internal financial and management reports for Singapore and Group.
• Provide information for corporate tax computations and liaise with tax agents.
• Support process improvements and other finance-related tasks.
