Job summary

Frasers Property Limited in Singapore seeks a finance professional to lead financial & management reporting activities across multiple entities. You will prepare IFRS/GAAP statements, support consolidation, and deliver insightful performance analyses.

Will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, cash management, tax compliance, and external audits while partnering with operations and JV partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) preferred
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
• Experience in audit, real estate, hospitality, or asset-based businesses is advantageous
• Understanding of group consolidation and intercompany processes is preferred
• Good grounding in IFRS and financial reporting fundamentals
• Exposure to multi-entity or cross-border environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per IFRS/local GAAP.
• Support the preparation of management reports, variance analysis, and performance dashboards.
• Maintain balance sheet schedules, reconciliations, and supporting analyses.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing across entities.
• Support group consolidation processes, including consolidation schedules, intercompany reconciliations, and elimination entries.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and asset performance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow positions and support cash flow planning.
• Liaise with tax agents and advisors to support timely compliance; assist statutory reporting.
• Support external audit processes and respond to audit queries.
• Coordinate with JV partners, property teams, and external service providers on finance matters.
• Provide financial support to operations and business teams.
