Job summary

Industrious Asia Pacific is seeking an Accounts Intern in Singapore who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to work with financial data across APAC portfolios. You will support daily accounting operations, processing invoices, and maintaining ledgers under guidance from the Director of Accounting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Solid understanding of debits/credits and double-entry bookkeeping.
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, basic formulas, data organization).
• Familiarity with Coupa, Zuora, Xero, or NetSuite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting operations, accounts payable/receivable records.
• Input financial transactions and maintain general ledger entries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes including basic bank reconciliations.
