Job summary

BEARING SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced accounting professional to ensure timely financial reporting to Head Office, regulators, and tax agents.

You will manage staff and vendor payments and handle Nostro reconciliation, intercompany billing, and weekly GIRO payments. The role requires a degree in accounting with at least 3 years of Finance/Accounting experience, knowledge of SAP and FCC systems, and proficiency in IFRS/FRS and Singapore tax.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting with at least 3 years of Finance/Accounting/Audit experience.
• Knowledge of SAP & FCC Systems.
• Proficient in Singapore Income Tax & IFRS/FRS.
• Microsoft Excel, Access & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile all Nostro Accounts and prepare journal entries for bank charges and interest income (bi-weekly).
• Process vendor payments, staff reimbursements, payroll, and interco billing from overseas branch.
• Manage branch funding and run weekly GIRO bulk payments.
• Prepare daily EOD suspense checks and follow up on unreconciled items.
• Produce monthly/quarterly HO reports.
• Assist in annual financial statement disclosures and Nostro reconciliation automation.
• Support SAP Upgrade Project and other ad hoc duties.
