Job summary

CTBC Bank, Singapore Branch is seeking a detail‑oriented finance professional to ensure timely reporting to Head Office, regulators, and tax agents. You will manage Nostro account reconciliations, prepare journal entries, and process staff reimbursements and vendor payments.

Key responsibilities include preparing HO reports, assisting with disclosures for the annual financial statements, and contributing to automation and SAP upgrade initiatives while maintaining robust controls and precise

Qualifications

• Financial accounting knowledge and skills.
• Familiarity with SAP and FCC systems.
• Understanding of Singapore Income Tax, IFRS/FRS and internal reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Strong administrative, filing, archiving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily/monthly/quarterly reconciliation of Nostro accounts and follow-up on reconciling items.
• Prepare journal entries for bank charges and interest income for Nostro accounts (bi-weekly).
• Process staff reimbursements and vendor payments.
• Process intercompany billing from HK branch and settlements.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly HO reports ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist disclosures for annual financial statements.
• Support Nostro reconciliation automation projects.
• Assist in SAP upgrade project.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
