Job summary

CERTIS GROUP - GHR is seeking a Level 2 IT support professional in Singapore to handle IMACS systems including CCTV and access control. The role covers installation, testing, and configuration of network devices, plus incident diagnosis and escalation. You will participate in ITSM processes and ensure documentation and DR readiness.

A diploma in engineering and 2+ years OT/IT experience are preferred. The position requires good communication, a proactive attitude, and willingness to work shift

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/IT) or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years’ experience in OT/IT environment preferred.
• Knowledge of networking (IP/TCP).
• Experience in CCTV, Access Control, and system servers.
• Exposure to system security (OS hardening, patching, AV).
• Relevant IT certifications will be an advantage.
• Good communication and positive attitude.
• Comfortable with shift work.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for IMACS systems including CCTV, Access Control, Alarm Systems, and backend IT infrastructure.
• Support installation, testing, commissioning & configuring network devices (workstations, routers, switches).
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and LAN incidents and escalate to Level 3/vendor when required.
• Respond to alerts and fault calls with initial troubleshooting and escalation within SLA.
• Support ITSM processes and SLA commitments for maintenance activities.
• Monitor server/VM health in production and DR environments.
• Assist implementation, migration, upgrades, plans and rollback procedures.
• Participate in testing, FAT/SAT and ensure defects are rectified before acceptance.
• Coordinate site activities with PMs, Maintenance Managers and stakeholders.
• Engage in incident, problem, change management processes.
• Ensure accurate documentation: SOPs, As-built docs, service reports and logs.
• Support high availability operations to meet uptime and DR requirements.
