Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an engineer to install, test, commission, and program security systems according to client standards. You will participate in project management and provide technical support to sales and other departments.

The role requires hands-on on-site work, knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems, and a willingness to work across multiple departments. Prior Lenel, Cisco, or S2 experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering
• Work experience in security and/or electronic system project implementation and commissioning, preferably in a multinational environment
• Basic IT knowledge in security hardware, networks, and databases
• Familiarity with security access control, video surveillance, and alarm system products and systems is an advantage
• Willing to work on-site
• Project management experience is an advantage
• Past experience with Lenel, Cisco, and S2 systems is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Conduct security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming according to client's standards
• Participate in project management
• Assist and provide technical support to sales and other departments
• Carry out system troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Conduct on-site client training
• Develop in-depth system design and drawings using AutoCAD
• Maintain a high level of knowledge in security systems
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors
