Job summary

MORGAN MCKINLEY PTE. LTD. is looking for a Tier 2 technical support professional to handle escalations, perform on-site equipment installations, and troubleshoot software, network, and system issues.

The role requires hands-on installation experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate with customers effectively. You will work with secure document management and imaging solutions, conducting routine health checks and ensuring smooth handover to end users.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years in a technical support or field engineering role
• Hands-on experience in equipment installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of networking, authentication, and directory services, including TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, and Active Directory
• Experience with system configuration, software troubleshooting, and maintenance is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-facing communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle escalated technical issues, troubleshoot software, network, connectivity, and system-related problems, and document solutions for knowledge sharing
• Perform on-site equipment installations, configure system settings, and verify functionality before handover to end users
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot related software and hardware systems, including updates and routine health checks
• Perform system calibration, diagnose quality-related issues, and ensure consistent output through regular checks and maintenance
