Qualifications
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Strong aptitude for troubleshooting electrical circuits, Windows PC interfaces, and control systems.
Prior experience in electrical field service or a related technical field is highly desirable.
Ability to travel (50%).
Responsibilities
Conduct on-site troubleshooting and diagnostics of all mechanical aspects, electrical circuits, control systems, and Windows PC interfaces.
Assist with the installation and commissioning of the CFR product line.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance checks to ensure long-term functionality.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, inspection reports, and equipment documentation.
