SYSPEX Technologies PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain and repair machinery and systems. You will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, provide effective technical solutions, and train customers on proper usage and maintenance.

You will also prepare service reports, liaise with suppliers, and assist in quotations and maintenance contracts while ensuring compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Singapore Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Install, commission, maintain and repair machinery and systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend actions.
• Respond to service requests within agreed times and train customers.
• Prepare service reports and maintain records in SSA system.
• Suggest spare parts and maintenance services to reduce downtime.
• Liaise with suppliers and principals on technical support and warranties.
• Assist in preparing quotations and maintenance contracts.
• Ensure safety and company procedures during service activities.
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships through service.
• Participate in training to upgrade technical knowledge.
