Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Fresh Graduate) in Singapore. The role offers leadership and mentoring programs, product training, and industry-site experience within a one-year traineeship.

You will learn to demonstrate leadership, teamwork and initiative while supporting commissioning, installation and testing of electrical equipment. The position focuses on field service operations, remote and on-site service delivery, and developing customer relationships to secure

Qualifications

Fluent in English (verbal and written) with strong communication skills.
Recent graduate with STEM background from a reputable institution.
Demonstrates problem solving ability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Perform field service operations with strong technical skills and on-site installation, testing and commissioning of equipment.
Provide technical advice to customers and troubleshoot start-up issues.
Identify improvements and upgrades to meet customer needs and develop ongoing relationships with customers.
Assist salespeople and project managers to strengthen customer relationships and expand business opportunities.
Travel approximately 60–70% for on-site and priority customer support.
