Hitachi Energy Singapore Pte. Ltd. invites fresh STEM graduates to join a 1-year trainee Field Service Engineer program. You will learn about the Service Business Unit, gain leadership and mentoring experiences, and receive extensive technical and product training on site and remotely.

You’ll perform field service activities, including installation, commissioning, testing, and problem solving, while building relationships with customers for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fresh STEM graduate with ability to travel locally or abroad.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and good problem solving.
• Good team player and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice including commissioning, installing, and testing equipment.
• Identify and resolve complex electrical or mechanical issues.
• Develop ongoing relationships with customers to secure future business.
• Travel about 60-70% on-call or for customer priority.
