Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is offering a 24-month Field Engineers Program designed to groom technical experts and future leaders. You will be immersed in hands-on installation, commissioning, and service training across stages, building deep product and field-process knowledge.

During months 1-9 you will be inducted and learn the Inspection Standard, months 10-19 focus on CPSI and field service, and months 20-24 on PORT technology, Digital Business, and RMP, with opportunities to support and train

Responsibilities

• Phase 1 (Months 1-9): Induction, installation, commissioning, and learning the Inspection Standard.
• Phase 2 (Months 10-19): Hands-on service training and confirmation of Periodic Safety Inspections (CPSI).
• Phase 3 (Months 20-24): Advanced specialization in PORT technology, Digital Business, and Remote Monitoring Platforms (RMP), or escalator installation and safety inspections.
