Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a field operations specialist in Singapore to visit assigned districts, verify QR code displays, and ensure proper terminal functionality. You will support post-sales activation of cross-border payment solutions and audit wallet/QR displays.

You will engage with merchants to collect usage data, feedback, and identify nearby business opportunities, while assisting in light business development and onboarding coordination.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in field operations, merchant support, or retail tech enablement.
• Familiarity with QR payment systems, POS terminals, or fintech products is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with merchants from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable with outdoor/roaming work; able to travel across assigned districts.
