Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Field Operations Associate to conduct on-site visits to merchants and verify QR code display, signage, and terminal functionality. You will support post-sales merchant activation and ensure proper usage of cross-border payment solutions.

You will perform wallet and QR audits, troubleshoot on-site issues, and collect feedback while engaging with merchants across diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in field operations, merchant support, or retail tech enablement.
• Familiarity with QR payment systems, POS terminals, or fintech products is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with merchants from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable with outdoor/roaming work; able to travel across assigned districts.
