Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on field experience in the payment terminal / POS industry.
• Familiar with troubleshooting skills with electronic equipment and basic IT / networking.
• Class 3 driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support to merchants for payment terminals installation and maintenance.
• Diagnose terminal and connectivity issues and apply solutions.
• Prepare service reports and maintain documentation.

Skills

Hands-on field experience in payment terminal industry

Troubleshooting electronic equipment

Communication skills in English
