Job summary

INFINERGY SYSTEMS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a frontline service delivery professional to support project implementations, perform on-site surveys, configure and commission robots and IoT devices, and provide end-user training.

The role also handles preventive/corrective maintenance and timely handling of service requests, ensuring all tickets adhere to SOPs and are closed efficiently.

Qualifications

• Passionate about IoT, robots and gadgets.
• Good customer service attitude.
• Team player with positive problem-solving attitude.
• Basic IT networking knowledge advantageous.
• Class 3A/3 driving license or own transport.
• Fresh graduates may apply (on-the-job training).

Responsibilities

• Participate in project implementation in supporting role and act as liaison between client and project managers, consultants and software development team during the system life cycle.
• Provide technical configuration, test and commissioning of robots and IoT devices.
• Conduct basic end-user training.
• Provide preventive, corrective maintenance and technical support to deployed systems and handle service requests/feedback.
• Ensure requests adhere to internal SOP and close tickets in a timely manner.
