As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our clients' mission-critical equipment. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cutting-edge technologies, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

What you'll be doing

• Perform on-site Maintenance of semiconductor inspection equipment, troubleshooting, and on-site customer service support.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of all service activities and equipment performance report.
• Collaborate with the wider technical team to share knowledge and best practices.
• Comply with all safety protocols and industry regulations.

What we're looking for

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident Only.
• Formal technical qualification in a relevant field (e.g. electronics, engineering).
• Minimum 1-3 years' of relevant experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
