Job summary

Techive Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Technician on a contract basis to deliver maintenance and repair services for clients in the Woodlands North region. You will diagnose, install, configure and document work while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety compliance.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent and strong technical knowledge across various equipment and systems, with flexibility for day or night shifts and strong teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
• Perform installation works and configure new equipment.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates on work progress.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all work undertaken.
• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Document all work performed and provide reports to management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
• Require on shift duty system (day or night).
• Follow company procedures and safety policies.
