Job summary

Pfeiffer Vacuum is looking for a Service Technician in Singapore to install, commission, repair and maintain products on-site. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure accurate service reporting.

The role requires quick, effective problem solving and strict adherence to safety standards. Diploma/ITC/NTC in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics is required; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITC/NTC qualification in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience in electrical/mechanical repair is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, repair and maintain on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for installation, commissioning, conducting repair and maintenance on Company’s products and components on-site.
• Maintain work quality by providing effective and efficient technical support to customer.
• Liaise with customers and internal team relating to technical and service issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of service reports and other records.
• Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Team Lead.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITC/NTC qualification in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
• Relevant working experience with electrical/mechanical repair will be an advantage.
• Fresh school-leavers are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication skill, analytical and judgemental skills required.
• Self-starter and ability to manage, develop and execute plans and objectives in a timely and effective manner.
• Organised in carrying out tasks and maintaining records.
• High level of integrity, discipline and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
