Job summary

Pfeiffer Vacuum in Singapore seeks an Installation Technician to perform on-site installation, commissioning, repair and maintenance of our products. You will liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure service quality and safety.

A Diploma/ITC/NTC in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics is required; fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, analytical and organizational skills; ability to work independently or in a team.

• Self-starter with ability to manage plans and objectives.
• Organised in carrying out tasks and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, conducting repair and maintenance on Company's products and components on-site.
• Maintain work quality by providing effective and efficient technical support to customer.
• Liaise with customers and internal team relating to technical and service issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of service reports and other records.
• Ensure that health and safety standards are followed.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Team Lead.
