Job summary

PS Solutions & Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Service Engineer on a full-time basis in the Loyang East Region. You will provide technical support, maintenance and repair for electrical and electronic equipment, diagnosing faults and delivering professional service in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a Diploma or NITEC in engineering with at least 3 years in vacuum technology or wafer testing, strong communication, and readiness to travel across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or NITEC in Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Vacuum Technology and/or Wafer Testing.
• Strong understanding of vacuum pump technology and related equipment.
• Proficiency in technical sales and solution design.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and calibrate Hi Vacuum Pumps and related equipment for the semiconductor industry.
• Provide support and applications for Wafer Sort & Testing related equipment.
• Diagnose faults, implement repairs, and deliver prompt, professional customer service.

About the role

We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis in the Loyang East Region. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and repair services for electrical and electronic equipment and systems. This is a hands‑on role that is critical to ensuring our clients receive prompt, professional, and effective solutions to their technical challenges. You will work collaboratively with our team to diagnose faults, implement repairs, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

Please note that for this role, we are only able to consider candidates who are Singapore Citizens, as we are currently unable to support Employment Pass or work visa sponsorship for this position.

Technicians: Candidates with a Technician background may also be considered, provided they have relevant experience applicable to the role.

• To perform installation, servicing and calibration of Hi Vacuum Pumps and related equipment for the semiconductor industry.

• To provide support and application for Wafer Sort & Testing Related Equipment.

• Travel: Required to support regional customers in Southeast Asia.
