Job summary

Mettler-Toledo (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Service Field Sales Engineer to grow its service business by engaging with the installed customer base, identifying service opportunities and providing solutions that improve equipment reliability, performance and lifecycle value. The role combines customer engagement, technical understanding and consultative selling.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in technical sales, service, engineering or customer-facing roles.
Experience in B2B sales and service contracts is advantageous.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate client needs into service solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow service revenue within assigned accounts and territory.
Proactively contact customers via calls, emails, visits and other sales activities.
Identify opportunities for preventive maintenance, calibrations and service agreements.
Generate quotations and follow up to improve conversion.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and hit agreed targets.
Collaborate with Service Engineers and Product Sales to ensure delivery of commitments.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trainings and customer events.
Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in CRM/SAP.
