Camtek, a leading global semiconductor equipment company, seeks an FSE Manager to lead a regional service team in Southeast Asia. You will direct field engineers, plan installations, and manage escalations while coordinating with customers to meet service goals.

You will forecast spare parts and service revenue, prepare quotations and manage warranties, RMAs, and inventory. Strong leadership, technical skills, and travel readiness are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or BS/MS in a technical field.
• Several years of experience as an FSE Manager in a semiconductor equipment company; inspection/metrology experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Solid technical knowledge and application expertise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel on short notice and work under pressure in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and team leaders in service operations.
• Conduct regular meetings with the FSE team and customers to align support expectations.
• Manage installation plans and monitor tools through customer acceptance.
• Manage escalations and set priorities for customer support activities.
• Identify root causes and work with headquarters to deliver effective solutions to customers.
• Prepare quarterly and annual Southeast Asia spare parts and service revenue forecasts.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on purchase orders for service agreements, labor hours, and spare parts sales.
• Periodic update of spare parts inventory and pricing.
• Oversee FSE job reporting, service trip planning, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain customer warranty records, RMAs, and spare parts inventory.
• Monitor FSE service performance and plan training programs to strengthen capabilities for effective support.
• Be prepared to travel and provide onsite hands-on support for critical issues, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
