Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a technical field required.
• Willingness to learn electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose simple tech issues.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and upgrade customer equipment with senior support.
• Use digital analytics for troubleshooting and basic diagnostics.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, vacuum, mechanical, plasma, hydraulic and gas systems.
• Coordinate and communicate directly with customers to ensure smooth operations.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
