Job summary

PURICARE PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Field Technician to diagnose, repair, and service water dispensers and related equipment. You will lead on-site teams, ensure electrical, mechanical and electronic repairs are completed safely and efficiently, and maintain precise service records.

The role requires 2–3 years in a technical environment, strong troubleshooting, and customer-focused communication.

Qualifications

Diploma/NITEC/Higher NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics or Engineering.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Leadership or supervisory experience in a technical environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve problems.
Effective communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in water dispensers and related equipment to restore functionality.
Perform electrical, mechanical, and electronic repairs, servicing, and maintenance on equipment.
Inspect, test, refurbish, and prepare equipment before deployment to ensure readiness.
Conduct on-site repair and servicing at customer premises to resolve issues promptly.
Test repaired equipment to verify proper operation and safety compliance.
Identify faulty components and recommend repair or replacement solutions.
Maintain detailed records of repairs, servicing activities, and parts used.
Provide professional, courteous technical support to customers.
Supervise and coordinate a team of technicians for on-site service jobs.
Train new technical staff on work processes to maintain service quality.
