Job summary

Veolia Environnement SA is seeking a Field Service Engineer for water treatment projects in Singapore. You will lead site teams, coordinate with service leaders, and ensure safe, compliant delivery of projects for municipal and industrial clients.

Travel within the territory is required; you will manage multi-disciplinary teams, interface with procurement, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery while maintaining 24/7 support for emergencies.

Qualifications

Engineering degree with field service/OM experience in water treatment.
Willingness to travel within territory.
Proficient with Microsoft and Google Workspace.
Experience leading a site team of 4–6 people.
3+ years in operation and maintenance of water treatment systems (RO/EDI/UF).
Experience with control systems (SCADA/HMI) and water treatment knowledge.

Responsibilities

Serve as VEOLIA contact and manage customer relationships on deliveries and demands.
Coordinate with service leaders, sales, and procurement to deliver projects.
Provide guidance to the team on technical, resources and reporting.
Manage and execute ad‑hoc services and small projects.
Lead a team of specialists and subcontractors for field work.
Enforce VEOLIA EHS policies and regulatory requirements; promote safety culture.
Maintain 24/7 on‑call coverage for field service and emergencies.
