Job summary

Veolia in Singapore seeks a Field Service Engineer to act as the main customer contact and lead project delivery for water treatment systems. You will coordinate with service leaders, sales and procurement to ensure on-time delivery and issue resolution, while guiding a team of specialists and subcontractors to deliver high-quality services.

Responsibilities include implementing retrofit projects, ensuring EHS compliance, and maintaining круглогодичный availability for critical operations.

Qualifications

• Mechanical/Electrical/Instrument or equivalent degree from an accredited university or college.
• Willingness and ability to travel within territory.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Diploma holders in Electrical/Instrument background.

Responsibilities

• Act as VEOLIA point of contact for the customer and develop relationships.
• Work with service leaders, sales/proposals to deliver work orders and resolve issues.
• Liaise with procurement, vendors for quotations, surveys, orders and deliveries.
• Initiate and implement modification and retrofit projects.
• Manage a team of specialists and subcontractors for works execution.
• Handle ad-hoc services and small projects hands-on and managerial.
• Enforce VEOLIA EHS and Ethics policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain 24/7/365 call availability for emergencies and duties.
