Job summary

Veolia Singapore is seeking a capable engineer to act as the dedicated customer contact. You will manage a portfolio of services and projects, coordinating with service leaders, procurement, and subcontractors to deliver timely work orders and resolve issues.

The role requires a degree in engineering with at least two years in field service or maintenance for water treatment systems, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with 2+ years in field service/maintenance for water treatment
• Willingness to travel within territory
• Proficient with Microsoft and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Act as Veolia point of contact for the customer and lead frontline interactions
• Manage client portfolio and coordinate with service leaders and sales/proposal teams
• Liaise with procurement and vendors for quotations, surveys, orders and deliveries
• Initiate modifications and retrofit projects (Value-Added Projects)
• Lead a team of specialists and subcontractors for work execution
• Oversee ad-hoc services/projects with hands-on involvement
• Enforce Veolia EHS and ethics policies and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain 24/7/365 availability for emergencies and service coverage
