Job summary

PERSOL is hiring for a Water Treatment Field Service Technician to join our operations in Woodlands, Singapore. The role involves operating and maintaining water treatment systems and ensuring compliance with site EHS standards and regulatory requirements.

You will perform first-line troubleshooting, top up chemicals, calibrate instruments, and review plant data. You will report to the Site Lead and be on‑call for emergencies beyond normal hours per customer demands.

Qualifications

• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in a field service or maintenance position for water & process treatment.
• Must be able to communicate in English for both written & verbal.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain water treatment system.
• Comply to regulatory and site EHS and security requirement.
• Perform first line troubleshooting.
• Top up Chemicals and replace consumables.
• Perform instruments calibration and analyzer routine maintenance.
• Collect and review operating data of the water treatment plant.
• Directly report to Site Lead for day‑to‑day operation.
• Be available for emergency on‑call support outside of standard office hours as required by customer site requests.
