Job summary

RRECRUITER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on Field Service Engineer to conduct site surveys, implement and repair valves and instrumentation, and plan service jobs with the Customer Service team.

You will diagnose issues, prepare root cause analyses and service reports, and identify sales opportunities for products and maintenance contracts while maintaining high safety standards and excellent customer relationships.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in mechanical or instrumentation engineering.
Strong knowledge of control valves, actuators, and instrumentation/control systems.
Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct site surveys, implementation, troubleshooting, and repair of valves and control instruments.
Plan and execute service jobs in coordination with the Customer Service team.
Perform valve repairs both in-house and at customer sites.
Work with internal teams to prepare root cause analysis and service reports.
Understand customer challenges and develop effective technical solutions.
Identify sales opportunities for company products, services, and maintenance contracts.
Follow all workplace health and safety requirements and report unsafe conditions.
Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams while delivering excellent service.
