Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a technically capable service engineer to support client machines, install and train customers, and perform preventive maintenance. You will collaborate with HQ and customers, ensuring safety and quality standards while handling non-standard hours in a 24/7 semiconductor environment.

Travel up to heavy equipment and flex shifts is required; a diploma in engineering is essential and strong schematics reading is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechatronic, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Strong reading of schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and HQ.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to defined customers and maintain a close technical relationship.
• Adhere to quality systems, policies and procedures.
• Write and present technical reports to internal and end customers.
• Perform preventive maintenance, machine and process/application support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine problems and perform upgrades/retrofits.
• Coordinate installation, buyoff, and customer training; support 24/7 needs.
