Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support SEA service for client products, install new machines, perform service/repair and maintain performance. This role includes machine buyoffs, training customers and coordinating support requests in a fast-paced 24/7 semiconductor environment.

The candidate must have a Diploma in Mechatronics/Electrical/Mechanical, hands-on electrical/mechanical skills, travel up to 80%, and be able to write reports and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechatronic, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• Mechanical and electronic understanding with schematic and blueprint reading.
• 2-3 years' service or maintenance experience in semiconductor or related industries.
• Readiness to travel domestically and overseas up to 80%.
• Ready to work extra hours, including nights/weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to defined customers and maintain close relationships.
• Adhere to quality systems, policies and procedures.
• Write and present technical reports to internal and end customers.
• Communicate to HQ and customers on-time/daily.
• Monitor machine performance data and propose improvements.
• Perform preventive maintenance, service, and repairs.
• Occasionally replace and setup on heavy objects and handle installations.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
