HANMI Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Woodlands North region. This full-time role delivers technical support, installation, and maintenance for advanced engineering systems and semiconductor equipment.

You will perform on-site installations, diagnose complex issues, and train customers while coordinating with engineering teams to implement preventive maintenance.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technician in the engineering industry.
• Proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
• Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and/or written) is an advantage to facilitate communication with colleagues in Taiwan.

About the Role

HANMI Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Woodlands North region. This full-time role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality technical support, installation, and maintenance services for our clients’ advanced engineering systems and semiconductor equipment.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be at the forefront of customer support—ensuring optimal equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and building strong client relationships through responsive and professional service.

What you’ll be doing
