Job summary

Our Client in the semiconductor sector is hiring multiple customer service engineers to support daily operations. The role involves installations of fab equipment, on-site OJT with senior engineers, and learning fast reads of engineering diagrams. Working hours are 9AM–6PM.

Responsibilities include installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and ensuring safety and quality compliance while delivering excellent customer service and strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or field service.
• Ability to read engineering documents and diagrams.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Open to fast learners and non-experienced hires welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues.
• Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
