Job summary

Onto Innovation Inc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer 3 to install, repair, and maintain inspection tools across the SEA region.

You will respond to down-tool situations, perform scheduled maintenance, and support field operations including hardware, software, and networking. You will also submit service documentation, provide technical feedback to the US factory, and act as the primary liaison with customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Field Service experience in the semiconductor industry preferred.
• Hands-on equipment fault detection across electrical, mechanical, and software domains.
• Experience in semiconductor applications preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering or related fields.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Excellent customer communication skills and proficiency with MS Office.
