Job summary

Rehlko Singapore Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Field Service Engineer to perform on-site acceptance testing, commissioning, diagnosis, repair and maintenance at customer sites in Singapore and the broader Asia Pacific region.

You will train junior service engineers, drive process improvements, and provide technical support to distributors and end customers, ensuring safe and timely service with thorough reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 5–10 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia.
• Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service orientation and enthusiasm for power generation products.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site acceptance testing, commissioning, diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance at customer sites.
• Provide training, supervision and coaching to junior service engineers (internal and distributors).
• Drive continuous improvement in aftermarket processes and service procedures.
• Investigate and handle customer complaints and product failures.
• Provide technical support to distributors and end customers.
• Lead commissioning of System Projects at customer sites.
• Provide technical assistance on factory tests of special projects.
• Maintain detailed service reports and documentation of field activities.
• Travel across Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia as required.
