Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day activities, manage sub-contractors, and support clients on site. The role involves coordinating resources, leading teams, and participating in technical meetings both on and off site.

Travel to project sites in Asia and the Middle East is required, and a Class 3 license is required to access customer sites. Thomson area, availability on short notice.

Qualifications

• Preferably with Degree in Mechanical /Electrical Engineering.
• Willing to travel, opportunities to assign to project sites in Asia and Middle-east.
• Class 3 license required as you will need to travel to project/customer site.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in ad hoc jobs estimation and calculations.
• Organize resources and work out the allocation of tasks to work teams and sub-contractors.
• Lead supervisor and support staff on site to execute the works.
• Assist Operations Manager with on and off site meetings pertaining to technical issues.
• Ensuring that site tools are updated daily and documentation properly done.
• Design corrective actions to mitigate scope and schedule creeps.
• Assist Operations Manager in demobilizing and handing over of projects to customer.
