Job summary

RAINTREE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities in Singapore.

You will supervise site operations, coordinate labor deployment, enforce safety policies and liaise with clients and workers to ensure smooth project delivery. The role requires a diploma in civil/electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent, a Class 4 license, and 5+ years driving experience in Singapore, plus 2-3 years in supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil engineering, electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Class 4 driving license with 5+ years driving experience in Singapore.
• 2-3 years marketing and supervisory experience.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Proficient in English; able to communicate with foreign workers.
• Willing to work long hours, weekends, nights if required.

Responsibilities

• Site supervision of construction works to meet deadlines.
• Develop and implement safety policies, procedures and regulations.
• On-site planning, handovers and labor deployment.
• Liaise with clients, foreign workers and office to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise foreign workers and ensure wellbeing, health and safety.
• Assist Manager in supervising dormitory facilities operations.
• Act as Site Warden, conduct regular room and facilities checks.
• Monitor and ensure workers' permits and certificates are valid.
• Prepare monthly reports and budgets.
• Ensure equipment is in good working condition.
