Job summary

AN LA GHIEN RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver technical support, installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment at customer sites in Singapore.

The role involves on-site work, diagnostics of electrical and mechanical issues, preventive maintenance, calibration and testing, and coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure safety and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or related field.
• Relevant experience in field service, equipment maintenance or instrumentation is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, inspect, maintain and repair equipment and instrumentation systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnose technical, electrical and mechanical issues.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites.
• Perform testing, calibration and functional checks of equipment and instruments.
• Provide on-site technical support and respond to service requests.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Coordinate with customers and internal technical teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety procedures and technical standards.
• Travel to customer sites in Singapore when required.
