Job summary

Qualifications

• Multiple years of hands-on production experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing multi-assembly work across at least three different assembly skillsets (mechanical, electrical, cable routing).
• Working proficiency in English to follow work instructions and production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex mechanical, electrical, and cable assembly by following defined sequences to meet daily production targets, cycle times and quality expectations.
• Apply multi-skill assembly capabilities across multiple products, maintaining high workmanship standards and accurate production documentation.
• Support productivity and quality improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance assembly processes, workmanship standards and overall production efficiency.
