Job summary

Bio Laboratories Pte Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Singapore to deliver pre- and post-sales technical support for distributed equipment. You will inspect, maintain, diagnose issues, and ensure service documentation is complete and traceable.

The role requires independent work, strong communication, problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel overseas for product training and standby on weekdays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering
• Relevant work experience related to our industry will be advantages
• Able to handle demanding and difficult customers
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Possess intuitive and analytical mind
• Possess good communications skills and able to explain clearly the trouble-shooting process and problems identified
• Able to think out of box
• Able to take the lead and work well in a team

Responsibilities

• Provide pre and post sales technical support for equipment distributed by BioLab.
• Perform equipment technical inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Attend to equipment failure service calls and documentations updated and traceable.
• Provide technical service support at the office via telephone or at customer site.
